With ten different rooms to choose from, Prime Catering can accommodate both large and small groups. We’re your team for corporate training, consumer trade shows, small conferences, annual meetings, board meetings, and more.
Prime Catering is located in The Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge, a multi-purpose facility providing 20,000 square feet of space. The main feature of the lodge is its 8000 square foot ballroom that has portable walls to allow the space to be divided into three separate rooms.
Our space also includes a generous lobby and two smaller ballrooms (4500 & 2800 square feet respectively) with 5 breakout rooms (ranging from 200 to 800 square feet).
We can accommodate 600 people for a sit-down dinner or 100 trade show booths with over 500 parking stalls, complimentary dedicated hardwired internet, and wifi. Our professionals are ready to assist you and provide you with the information you need to make your experience here as easy as possible.

Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge is southern Alberta’s premier lodging and conference facility. Located at 320 Scenic Drive South, it offers 190 modern and renovated guest rooms and elegant options for your VIPs, like our original concept restaurant The Italian Table and the a la carte breakfast menu served in our courtyard. Sandman Signature Lodge overlooks Lethbridge's spectacular river valley.
Our other location is the Sandman Hotel, located at 421 Mayor Magrath Drive South. It features 8000 square feet of space, including a 3500 square foot ballroom with portable walls to allow the space to be divided into three separate rooms. The Sandman Hotel also features a second ballroom on the lower level with 4000 square feet of continuous space. With four separate meeting facilities, ample parking, and generous lobby & bathroom facilities, the Sandman Hotel is ideal for moderate size conferences and events.
